DISCOVER VAL FIORENTINA
• Term includes energy and central heating (centarl heting only in winter season), you are kindly asked to pay € 65,00 for "one-room"flat, € 70,00 for "two-rooms" flat, 75,00 for "mansarda" as a charge for the final cleaning, the kitchen and dishes must be left clean and tidy. City tax € 1,00 per person/night. Covered parking € 40,00/week - Cot € 15,00/week (to be booked in advance).
• Check-in time from 5 PM to 7 PM, check-out time within 10 AM.
• A refundable deposit in reason of € 100,00 will be asked in cash at check-in;
• In apartment is not allowed to smoke and to host pets, thank you for your understanding.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
The apartments are furnished in typical ‘mountain’ style and contain: kitchenette with electric or induction hotplates, fridge, dishes, linen, TV, telephone, intercom, bathroom with shower, toilet, and bidet, balcony.
PAYMENT
Check-In: from 17.00 to 19.00 on the arrival date at our office in Selva di Cadore (with the sign: Agenzia Immobiliare Val Fiorentina - De Mattia Srl. Address: Via S. Fosca, 1, Selva di Cadore - BL). On Arrival you will be asked for your ID, the full payment of the stay and a deposit of € 100.00 per flat. Our office is open from 09.00 to 12.30 and from 16.00 to 19.00 from Monday to Saturday; on Sunday it is open from 09.00 to 12.00. If on the arrival day you would delay, please contact us before 18.00 at the phone number +39 0437 720149 in order to organize the withdrawal of the Keys.
Check-Out: On the departure day, flats must be left within 10.00 after a short check by our staff and the payment of the additional charges (if necessary). If everything will be fine, the down payment of € 100.00 will be given back to you immediately. In case of departures before 08.00, the down paymen will be hold and given back by bank transfer if the apartment will be fine after a short check by our staff.
RESERVATIONS
Following your reservation you will be required to pay a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total cost of your stay. Booking is confirmed once your deposit has been received and you will be sent an email notifying you of the confirmation. In case of late arrival or early departure you will be charged for all days booked (see also Cancellation policy).
CANCELLATION POLICY
- PRICE FOR ACCOMMODATION ONLY :Up to 60 days prior to arrival date: 100% of deposit is refunded - after this period 0% of deposit will be refunded - Without cancellation the whole booking deposit will not be refunded.
- NOT REFUNDABLE PAYMENT : the whole amount will be charged immediately with no reimbursement.
